• Developed and facilitated a collaborative workshop in which 30 leaders from 24 community bicycle workshops, considered essential businesses, across the United States, Canada, and Australia came together to assess and develop best practices for safe shop operations and staff management for the pandemic.
• Each shop developed its own plan on what activities and services to focus on and an awareness of their risks during the workshop.
• Workshop insights were shared with over 300 community bicycle workshops around the globe.

• Built an engaging digital and physical service product within an area of strategic development to move 500+ in-person office visits a day online while improving customer experience by leveraging local partnerships, potentially freeing up 83+ work hours a day.
• Delivered a digital engagement kit for clients to increase usage by new owners by prescheduling services at the point of purchase. This was done with a team of three meeting over Zoom over 12 weeks of consulting with Communication Directors.
