These are some examples of deliverables used by my team to inform decisions on to reduce the 600 in-person visits a day to the client’s office. My role was to research and design two new services working with external partners to help move more taxpayer filing online. My tasks included employee interviews, user intercepts, task analysis, and user flows. I also built a journey map and service blueprints to communicate the projects with the client. Finally, I created service experience prototypes and set up user testing.

CoFi is a collaborative AI-assisted workspace tool designed to address work-from-home challenges of informal communication and breakdowns in the creative process. My initial task was conducting interviews with design leaders in the US and Mexico to learn what issues they were dealing with. This was followed by leading collaborative scenario planning to determine what our ideas would need to address. Some of my other analysis tasks were creating diagrams of customer-value determination, customer-product expectation, competitive ecosystem, and product context to inform our design decisions. I built storyboards and the service blueprint to inform implementation. At the end of each sprint I conducted risk awareness.
